Case implementation
A Shenzhen-based electronics manufacturer needed to ship an urgent batch of samples of a new mobile phone from Shenzhen, China, to New York, USA to attend an important trade show.
- The customer contacts EPI by phone or offline to provide the details of the goods, including weight, size, quantity, destination, etc., and put forward the shipping requirements and the expected delivery time.
- The customer places an order at 9 a.m. and asks for delivery within 48 hours. Yifan International service personnel will arrange door-to-door pick-up at 10 o’clock, and the goods will be put into storage and complete registration and security check at 12 o’clock. At 2 p.m., customs clearance was completed and a non-stop flight was booked for 5 p.m. that day.
